• Deep knowledge of People Ops/HR functions, including performance mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic partner to district directors and center managers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Support Center teams on people initiatives.
• Drive performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and effectiveness.
