QC Servion, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for the Design team. This remote role supports leaders and employees across the United States, providing strategic HR guidance, coaching, and data-driven recommendations.

The HRBP will navigate diverse viewpoints while upholding policy, ensuring talent development, retention, and strong employee relations in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HRBP experience supporting multiple business units.
• Proficient with Rippling or a similar HRIS.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Operational HR & Compliance: build trusted relationships with Design leaders and employees; handle employee relations matters; ensure compliance with laws and records management.
• Strategic HR Partnership: develop and execute workforce strategies; identify talent gaps and risks; support change management.
• Talent Development & Employee Relations: address employee relations issues; lead engagement strategies for a remote-first organization; support field and client-site employees.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and on budget: perform related duties as assigned.
