Job summary

Amplify is seeking an HR Business Partner to support assigned client groups across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other functions in a collaborative, remote-first environment. The HRBP will independently own day-to-day partnership within a defined scope while escalating complex matters to Senior HRBPs.

This role emphasizes advisory support, data-driven decisions, and strong stakeholder relationships, with opportunities to influence people programs and policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in HR Generalist/HRBP or similar roles.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in ambiguity.
• Willingness to challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations, performance, lifecycle processes, investigations.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
• HRIS proficiency; Workday/Culture Amp/Ashby preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership to managers and employees as a trusted resource for guidance.
• Understand business priorities, workforce needs, culture, and context to anticipate issues and opportunities.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and talent matters including PIP and succession planning.
• Identify trends across employee relations, engagement, and people metrics; report to Senior HRBPs.
• Contribute to design and improvement of People programs, processes, and policies with DEI focus.
• Handle routine to moderately complex employee relations matters from intake to resolution.
• Advise on staffing, promotions, transfers, reorganizations, leaves, accommodations, terminations.
• Support organizational change initiatives with clear communication and transition plans.
• Assist with talent reviews, compensation planning, and promotions processes.
• Coordinate with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Analytics as needed.
