QC Servion is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner across the QC Ecosystem, including Galtra Solutions, AI2IO, Fluid2Chip, CEQEL Critical Commissioning, and 2AI-DC Integrators. This remote role supports engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, and corporate functions.

You will align people strategies with business objectives, lead workforce planning, advise leaders, ensure policy compliance, and foster a culture of engagement in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 5+ years as HRBP supporting multiple business units.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner across QC Ecosystem companies.
• Address employee relations, performance issues, investigations, and investigations.
• Support change management and workforce planning.
• Use HR analytics to improve retention and performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across states.
