Job summary

UNOPS is seeking an HR Associate (Recruitment and System Support) to lead global talent acquisition processes and provide operational support as a central resource for HR practitioners worldwide. The role drives adoption of the Talent+ system and ensures consistent practices across regions.

You will collaborate with PCG and HR teams to optimize recruitment workflows, deliver system training, and support policy updates to sustain a high-performing, diverse, international organization.

Qualifications

• Secondary school with 6 years of HR experience or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years HR experience is required.
• Globally or nationally recognised HRM certificate is desired.
• Experience with collaboration and productivity tools (MS Office, G-Suite) and web-based management systems is required.
• Experience in multicultural environments or UN system organizations is desired.
• Experience in development or humanitarian contexts is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage global Talent Acquisition processes with HR practitioners and hiring managers.
• Provide first-level support and training for the Talent+ recruitment system.
• Support data capture, system usage, and policy changes communication across regions.
• Guide HR practitioners on efficient talent acquisition procedures and system utilisation.
• Coordinate candidate checks (background verification, references) and ensure quality data in the system.
