Job summary

United is seeking a motivated HR professional to lead recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. You will design and execute recruitment strategies, source candidates, and conduct interviews with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will assist with onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and a focus on excellent service to employees. A HS diploma is required and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced HR environment preferred.
• Ability to provide strong internal and external customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies and postings.
• Source candidates through networks, schools, agencies, and job fairs.
• Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR reports.
• Support employees and coordinate company-wide events.
