Job summary

University of California- Davis Health seeks a Compensation Analyst Support professional to assist with compensation and classification programs. This remote role partners with HR teams, union reps, and management to guide classifications and pay practices while handling highly confidential information.

The position requires strong data analysis, Excel skills, and experience with HR systems. It emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative and/or human resources experience involving records management, data analysis, customer service, process coordination, and the handling of confidential information.
• Experience utilizing office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, reporting platforms, database or HR information systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity while managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to gather, evaluate, interpret, and analyze information; develop solutions; and exercise sound judgment in resolving issues.
