Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations on a remote contract. You will develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, validate data, and provide insights across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning, while ensuring data security.

Collaborate with HRIS and HR teams to translate reporting needs into reliable outputs, assist with audits, respond to time-sensitive requests, and communicate findings with Excel, Power BI, and

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and developing reports for HR operations.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Learning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with data validation and trend analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR leaders to assess reporting needs and translate them into dashboards and recurring deliverables.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports with calculated fields.
• Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
• Document report definitions, data sources, and controls.
• Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration or troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution with HR teams.
• Analyze workforce trends and present findings clearly.
• Support audits and compliance reporting and respond to data requests.
• Test and validate new reports from a business-user perspective.
• Maintain data security and provide guidance to users interpreting HR information.
