Job summary

Lenovo North America is seeking a highly skilled architect specialized in high performance computing and artificial intelligence. This remote role with PST hours and 50% travel targets strategic engagements with executive stakeholders and customers across the US to deliver AI solutions and drive technical conversations.

You will support the sales team, develop documentation, present at conferences, and educate internal teams on HPCAI to ensure successful post-sales delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business or Information Technology or relevant technical field.
• 8+ years selling high tech, big-ticket AI/HPC solutions.
• 10+ years as sales engineer/architect for infrastructure and high compute solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical conversation with customer around HPC AI.
• Support the sales team for all technical aspect of the sales.
• Develop technical documentation/ write-ups.
• Present technical paper at conferences/shows.
• Understand customers' challenges in adopting AI.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers.
• Educate the extended team on HPCAI.
• Identify emerging industry markets.
• Establish and maintain a professional, working and consultative relationships with clients.
• Interface with our WW organization to identify our customers' need.
• Ensure the timely and successful post-sales delivery of AI solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Travel to customer sites to present HPC AI.
• Present AI solutions in a professional manner to customers in-person, via email, and by phone.
