Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Revenue Manager to lead pricing and inventory decisions for a remote, multinational hotel portfolio. You will leverage data analytics and market intelligence to drive profitability and growth across distribution channels.

The role requires at least 4 years in hotel revenue management, strong forecasting skills, and expertise with RMS/PMS and channel managers. You will collaborate with hotel leadership to optimize performance from a remote setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in hotel revenue management.
Experience with RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities.
Remote or distributed team experience preferred.
Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Economics.

Responsibilities

Develop dynamic pricing and inventory strategies across distribution channels.
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
Collaborate with General Managers and Sales Directors to align revenue strategies.
Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share.
Prepare revenue reports and present recommendations to senior management.
