Job summary

Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Revenue & Pricing Manager to drive data-based pricing decisions across our commercial operations. You will monitor sales dynamics, analyze metrics, and collaborate with teams to implement measured pricing actions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 1–3 years in related roles, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools. This is a remote position offering flexible schedules and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analytics, pricing, revenue management, or related experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical skills with multiple metrics and processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
• Basic SQL: read/modify queries to extract data from multiple tables.
• Experience with large data sets and attention to detail; structured thinking.
• Experience with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales dynamics across segments (brand, country, supplier, partners).
• Analyze core metrics to get a comprehensive picture.
• Work with large datasets; identify events behind numbers and trends.
• Uncover root causes for metric changes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to implement decisions and monitor results.
• Present results clearly using charts and data.
• Summarize information for the commercial team on a daily basis.
• Ensure data quality and verify potentially inaccurate information.
• Process internal price discrepancy requests and issue discounts.
