Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an analytical and strategic Revenue Manager for a fully remote role with a hotel-group client operating across the Eastern Cape. You will optimize room revenue through pricing, inventory, and forecasting, collaborating with on-site teams to drive occupancy and ADR from anywhere.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in revenue management in hospitality, strong data skills, and a degree in Hospitality, Business, or Economics.

Qualifications

4+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality.
Proficient with RMS, PMS, and GDS and pricing discipline.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and remote work discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or Economics.

Responsibilities

Develop dynamic pricing and inventory strategies to maximize room revenue.
Perform daily to monthly revenue forecasting and market analysis.
Monitor KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market share.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align strategies.
Identify upsell opportunities and report revenue performance to senior management.
Stay updated on best practices and OTA/distribution partner relations.
Conduct post-event revenue analysis and apply learnings.
