Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Regional Account Executive, Hospitality to drive rapid growth across national hospitality accounts, focusing on acquisition, growth and development of new and existing key accounts.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions with OTE in the six-figure range, and a remote/hybrid schedule with three days in territory. You will engage with C-level executives, present compelling solutions, and manage the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Prior field sales experience; hospitality sales a plus.
• Passionate about hospitality and sustainable water solutions.
• Experience interacting with executives; C-suite preferred.
• Strong selling and negotiating skills; overcoming objections.
• Excellent communication via phone and email; strong listening and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales prospecting through face-to-face contact with hospitality ownership and purchasing groups and locations.
• Determine client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent activity.
• Identify targets and large-scale opportunities.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations to C-level executives.
• Manage sales cycle including proposals and contracts.
• Develop and broaden relationships with Quench’s hospitality clients.
• Support client retention and contract extensions.
• Complete administrative duties and maintain attendance.
