Hilton is seeking a remote Recruitment professional to partner with business leaders across North America. You will manage the full end-to-end cycle for Hilton-managed hotels, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.

This contract role is fulfilled through Talent Solutions and candidates are employed by Talent Solutions, not Hilton. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensure compliance with EEOC/ADA and employment laws, and maintain a robust talent pipeline

Competenze

• Minimum of two years recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting hospitality-related roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with EEOC and employment laws preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle across Hilton-managed hotels.
• Screen candidates and forward qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Source candidates through outreach, networking, and job fairs.
• Maintain postings across internal and external sites.
• Administer pre-employment checks and background screenings.
• Extend offers and close requisitions in the ATS.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to leaders and managers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align hiring needs.
