Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented temporary Recruiting Specialist (Remote) to join our team. This remote role begins in October 2026 and continues through March 1, 2027, supporting hotel recruitment.

You will source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with policies. The role offers Daily Pay, benefits, and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in talent acquisition or HR support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; RM or Ceridian Dayforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hotel positions from requisition to offer
• Source active and passive candidates via ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals
• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements to stay competitive
• Conduct candidate phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling for a smooth process
• Deliver timely communications and follow-up for a positive candidate experience
• Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
• Prepare recruitment status updates for the Global Talent Director
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
