HH Global Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support client-facing roles across North America. You will recruit end-to-end, build pipelines, and advise hiring managers on best practices to fill complex requisitions. This role emphasizes candidate experience and market branding.

You will serve as an ambassador for HH Global, leveraging sourcing networks and industry knowledge to attract top talent while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and recruiting teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
• Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for multiple requisitions and locations.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and social media.
• Advise hiring managers on best recruiting and interviewing practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through communications and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS (Ceridian Dayforce).
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and represent HH Global in the marketplace.
