Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business for our hospitality SaaS platform. You will identify and convert prospects, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate how our AI-powered, partner-integrated solution transforms hotel operations.

You’ll lead outbound campaigns, conduct product demos, and collaborate with Partnerships to seize growth opportunities. This remote, international role emphasizes strategic hunting and market expansion with strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling technology solutions into the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Outreach-focused sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging diverse prospects.
• Comfort with presenting product demos and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Assess market trends and opportunities in your assigned territory to identify and engage new prospects.
• Prepare targeted lead lists and engage in proactive outreach, including a high volume of cold-calling, to drive sales.
• Identify and communicate potential partnership opportunities to our Partnerships team.
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations, both virtually and in person.
• Attend local events and visit properties to connect with potential customers (less than 10% travel).
• Attend as the face of Cloudbeds in your local market, representing the brand with confidence.
• Bring a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
• Leverage knowledge of PMS technology and hospitality operations to win new business.
