Job summary

Source is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – Hospitality to accelerate procurement revenue across the U.S. This fully remote, full-time role travels for in-person meetings, industry events, and conferences.

You’ll nurture relationships with owners, project managers, architects, and designers in hospitality procurement to close new business. You’ll own the outbound sales motion, routinely cold call, qualify opportunities, and manage a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hospitality business development, outbound/hunter role.
• Existing relationships within hospitality procurement ecosystem.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline from lead to close.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales motion from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Engage in consistent cold calling to drive new pipeline.
• Qualify leads and projects to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Create sales plans targeting high-growth accounts and top-priority prospects.
• Maintain meticulous Salesforce records and update opportunity statuses.
