Job summary

Horizon Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Hospitality) to lead expansion across the U.S. market. This remote role rewards a true hunter who leverages hospitality relationships to win new accounts and cross-sell property solutions.

Offering $70,000–$85,000 base with quarterly bonuses and uncapped commissions (OTE $125,000–$150,000+), plus a $1,000/month health stipend and expanding benefits as the U.S. team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in direct B2B sales in hospitality.
• Active relationships with hotel decision-makers.
• Hunter who opens, negotiates and closes new accounts.
• Knowledge of hospitality tech / FF&E is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and account acquisition for core hospitality product lines.
• Target hotel owners, operators, brands, developers and groups across the U.S.
• Pursue high-value capital projects, renovations, brand conversions and openings.
• Generate new leads, build a robust pipeline, and close new accounts.
• Cross-sell additional product lines and recurring supplies.
• Travel domestically and represent the company at client meetings and events.
