Vital Care Infusion Services in the United States is seeking a 100% remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to collect on outstanding claims. You will focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to processes to reduce denial rate, DSO, and bad debt, while seeking additional revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities include reviewing EOBs/RAs, following up with insurers and patients, and submitting appeals as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with billing and collections processes for home infusion or pharmacy services.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Review claims with outstanding balances and pursue collection for revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients using payer portals.
• Analyze denials and trends to improve collection rates and reduce DSO.
• Identify and submit appeals according to payor requirements and VCI processes.
• Document activities and schedule follow-ups to ensure resolution of accounts.
