Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenue.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances.
• Analyze denials to reduce DSO and improve collection rates.
• Identify payor requirements for appeals and submit as required.
• Document activity and schedule follow-ups to resolve issues.
