Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
• High School Diploma and specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
• Previous remote work experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect balances and maintain relationships.
• Review EOBs and RAs, identify denials, and take corrective action.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and suggest process improvements to reduce DSO.
• Verify insurance information with patients and submit timely appeals when needed.
• Document activity in the system and schedule required follow-ups.
