Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to collect claims, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycle performance. You will work with insurers and patients to recover outstanding balances, review denials for corrective action, and support process improvements across payer types.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in home infusion billing/collections, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience.
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
• Previous remote work environment is a plus but not required.
• Detail oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances.
• Review EOBs, RAs, and denials; identify reasons and take corrective action.
• Identify payor requirements for submittal of appeals and submit as required.
• Communicate with franchise partners and VCI departments regarding collections status.
• Document activity in the system and schedule follow-ups.
