Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to process medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims with accuracy and timeliness. You will optimize revenue opportunities, reduce denials, and ensure compliant billing practices across payer types.

The role requires 2–5 years of infusion billing/collections experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in CareTend and MS Office. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy and third-party vendor claims timely and accurately.
• Resolve rejected electronic claims so that current submission is successful.
• Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and indicate tickets that cannot be billed with appropriate status.
• Document case activity, communications, and correspondence in CareTend.
• Contribute medical billing expertise to training materials and procedures.
