Job summary

ClearDesk is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver rosters aligned across counties, coordinate replacements, and communicate changes to clients and caregivers using VoIP. You will work with a U.S.-based client, maintain schedules in WellSky, and support the operations team with follow-up, reporting, and light recruitment tasks.

A calm, organized approach and experience in scheduling or virtual assistance are key.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in scheduling, BPO or virtual assistant roles.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to multitask.
• Familiarity with healthcare or home care terms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across counties.
• Respond quickly to last‑minute cancellations and schedule substitutions.
• Handle client and caregiver calls via VoIP and update records in WellSky.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
