Talantir is hiring a Virtual Scheduler to support a private-pay, non-medical in-home care agency. You will work remotely to schedule caregiver shifts, handle call-outs, and coordinate with clients and caregivers with a strong emphasis on accuracy and communication.

The role requires 1–2 years in private-pay home care scheduling, experience with WellSky/ClearCare preferred, and a detail-oriented, independent mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a private-pay in-home care scheduling role.
• Experience scheduling caregiver shifts in home care environments.
• Strong understanding of caregiver availability, shifts, call-outs, and coverage.
• Proficient English communication, both written and verbal.
