Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound homeowner calls and leads quickly and professionally.
• Speak with homeowners over the phone to understand their property and situation.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Qualify opportunities based on acquisition criteria and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Document conversations and lead information in the CRM.
