Carr Talent Acquisition seeks a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team. Remote work with occasional in-person visits; base salary to start plus uncapped commissions; first-year on-target earnings projected between $80,000 and $120,000. You’ll handle warm leads, learn acquisition strategies, and build strong homeowner relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Real estate experience helpful but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow a process.
• Comfortable working independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner calls and leads quickly and professionally.
• Qualify opportunities based on acquisition criteria.
• Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Document conversations and lead information in our CRM.
• Attend appointments and learn real estate acquisition strategies.
• Negotiate and structure offers when applicable.
