We're looking for a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has drive, personality, curiosity, and a genuine desire to get better. You don't need 20 years of real estate experience. In fact, we may prefer someone who is hungry to learn, coachable, and excited to build something rather than someone who thinks they already know everything.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Remote Work – Flexible remote position with occasional in-person visits as needed. Based in Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas.

• Base Salary to Start: $3,000 for the first 3 months while you learn the system and lead volume ramps up + uncapped commissions

• Estimated first-year on-target earnings are between $80,000 and $120,000.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Management & Communication

• Respond to inbound homeowner calls and leads quickly and professionally

• Speak with homeowners over the phone to understand their property and situation

• Build genuine rapport and establish trust

• Qualify potential opportunities based on our acquisition criteria

• Follow up consistently with homeowners throughout the sales process

• Document conversations, follow-ups, and lead information accurately in our CRM

Relationship Building

• Create a positive experience for homeowners from the first conversation

• Listen carefully and communicate with empathy

• Help homeowners understand their options without being pushy or manipulative

• Build relationships based on honesty, authenticity, and respect

• Represent our company and values in every interaction

As you learn our process and demonstrate your ability, you will have opportunities to:

• Attend appointments with homeowners

• Meet homeowners at their properties

• Learn how we evaluate potential acquisitions

• Learn real estate acquisition strategies and deal analysis

QUALIFICATIONS
