Job summary

Gordian Staffing Careers is seeking an experienced HOA/Community Association Manager to oversee daily operations of residential communities and liaise with boards and homeowners. This remote role requires coordinating maintenance, finances, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with management agreements.

You will prepare meeting materials, report on finances, and support architectural reviews, with occasional in-person visits to CDMX or GDL on the first day after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HOA/Community facilities and vendor coordination.
• Ability to prepare board materials and communicate with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of the community in accordance with company policies and management agreements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Review monthly financial reports, monitor delinquent accounts, and oversee collections and accounts payable processes.
• Prepare Board meeting packages, attend meetings, and communicate important legal or operational updates.
• Manage vendors, oversee staff, and coordinate maintenance and inspections of buildings and common areas.
• Maintain resident records and contracts, support architectural reviews, and recommend improvements to community operations and appearance.
