Job summary

The Nabo Group seeks a motivated Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominiums and HOAs. You will ensure compliance with governing documents, manage finances, and coordinate with boards, homeowners, and vendors.

You will balance community needs with budgets, perform inspections, solicit bids, and supervise maintenance and contracted services to uphold property values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing HOA's/Condos (Preferred).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Comfortable with various computer programs.
• CMCA is required to be obtained within 6 months of hire. AMS Preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a polished demeanor.
• Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowner’s associations.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the properties within assigned portfolio per governing documents, policies, and laws.
• Support financials and minimize delinquencies and expenses while delivering quality service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: accounting, tenant/owner relations, maintenance, security, landscaping.
• Attend Board meetings and coordinate with the Board and homeowners as needed.
• Coordinate bids with multiple vendors using standard RFP processes.
• Oversee tax return filing with the community CPA and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets; maintain expense controls.
