Job summary

HOA Community Solutions seeks an Associate Community Manager for a remote, home-based role serving the Tri-Cities, WA area. You will be the board's liaison for day-to-day operations across 11 associations (about 1,200 doors) with occasional travel to communities and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include compliance inspections, vendor management, budgeting support, architectural review facilitation, and coordinating meetings, reports, and communications with homeowners and boards.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of HOA, community association, or residential property management experience, or 2+ years in a fast-paced, multi-priority, customer-facing role.
  • Ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple associations at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including preparing reports and presenting to boards.
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to defuse difficult situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
  • Residence in or near Kennewick, Pasco, or Richland, WA, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Dependable high-speed internet and a suitable home workspace.
  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend meetings.

HOA Community Solutions provides professional management for homeowner associations across the Tri-Cities region of Washington. We partner with volunteer boards, homeowners, and local developers to keep communities well run, well maintained, and well informed.

The Role

The Associate Community Manager (ACM) is the first line of service for every homeowner in an assigned portfolio of 11 associations (approximately 1,200 doors), with room to grow. You'll serve as the board's liaison for day-to-day operations, run compliance inspections, manage vendors and projects, and build strong relationships with the developers and builders shaping new communities in the Tri-Cities. What We're Looking For (Required)

Location

Remote, home-based in the Tri-Cities, WA area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland), with regular travel to assigned communities

Compensation & Benefits

- $47,840–$55,000 depending on experience; full-time, non-exempt

- Unlimited PTO (approved in advance by supervisor) and 6 paid holidays

- 401(k) with employer match up to 4%

- Health, dental, and vision insurance, eligible the first of the month after 60 days
