Qualifications

• 6+ months experience with Sharecare HDS in QC, Credit & Collections or Customer Service.
• Experience with internal electronic record workflows (Record Management, Intranet, Exceptions Management, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• High reliability, productivity and professionalism.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Release of Information Specialists to resolve fulfillment issues for medical records requests.
• Ensure HIPAA and applicable laws compliance for releasing records.
• Perform data entry and quality control for records fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and other departments to answer questions and resolve requests.
• Identify workflow or record issues and resolve delays in turnaround.
• Escalate critical issues and manage information with focus and accuracy.
