Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Health Information Management or outpatient clinic setting.
• RHIT/RHIA certification preferred.
• Familiarity with clinic operations and HIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on education, implementation, and management of HIM standards in clinics.
• Provide training and auditing of HIM standards and related functions.
• Report to clinic leadership and work with clinic operations to meet HIM standards.
• Provide operational support for clinic acquisitions and denovos.
• Document business requirements and work with HIM Systems Analysts to implement needs.
• Communicate with multiple departments and manage stakeholder engagement.
