Job summary

Guidebook, a remote-first company serving higher education institutions, seeks an Account Manager to own and grow a diverse portfolio of universities and colleges. You will renew, expand, and uncover new use cases, reporting to the President and collaborating with marketing, customer success, product, and the new business team.

You will travel to industry events and campuses, building relationships inside complex institutions and driving measurable growth from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment.
• Ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn from mentors.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Learn the product, EDU story, and ideal customer profile.
• Manage renewal and expansion calls with an accurate forecast.
• Identify expansion opportunities and build a plan for priorities.
