Job summary

StaffSource is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote 6-month contract with potential conversion. The role requires managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and delivering a strong candidate experience across functions.

You will source using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and referrals; conduct screenings and interviews; and partner with hiring managers on staffing priorities and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and workforce planning.
• Source and attract qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates and interview to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to support ongoing hiring demands.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruiting best practices.
