JOB MOBZ is seeking a High-Volume Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This role emphasizes outbound sourcing and a high-volume pipeline while preserving candidate quality.

You will source via cold outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels; manage interviews, offers, and data-driven improvements; and collaborate with hiring managers across markets in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for high-volume sales roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong outbound/cold-sourcing skills and ability to reach passive candidates.
• Track record of meeting volume and time-to-fill targets without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through outbound channels (cold sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals).
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline to meet aggressive hiring volume and time-to-fill targets.
• Screen and assess candidates for sales aptitude, coachability, and fit against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Manage candidates through the interview process, scheduling, and candidate experience.
• Extend and negotiate offers, and manage offer-to-start process.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve sourcing strategy.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
