Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a dynamic High Volume Clinical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote-based role targets clinical hourly positions within a fast-paced healthcare environment, requiring exceptional organization, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a shifting workflow.

Your responsibilities include managing postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and extending offers while maintaining robust candidate pipelines and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably healthcare.
• Proven track record of filling clinical hourly positions in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process for clinical/operations hourly positions from posting to offers.
• Handle large number of requisitions to meet staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers for a smooth process.
• Use job boards, social media, events and referrals to attract candidates.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain compliant documentation throughout recruitment processes.
• Adapt to changing priorities and meet recruitment targets.
• Provide coaching to hiring leaders on interview practices and market trends.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
