AutoNation is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter for a six-month remote contract in the United States. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple locations, managing a large workload and partnering with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently.

The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with recruiting technology such as Workday. Remote work from the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting preferable.
• Experience in retail/automotive is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple locations.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Proactively move candidates through the process with urgency.
