Job summary

TALNT Team LLC is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter for a remote role with strong preference for the DFW area. This 3-month contract-to-hire position entails moving fast to fill 300+ requisitions, managing 10–15 offers weekly, and coordinating across four contact center lines of business.

• Experience recruiting at high volume for hourly roles.
• Ability to screen large candidate pools and spot inconsistencies.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
• Strong communication and executive presence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound applicants with scrutiny in Workday.
• Spot and escalate inconsistencies in history and identity.
• Conduct on-camera virtual screens via Teams.
• Explain pay, schedules, and training attendance to candidates.
• Manage assessments, offers, and onboarding; coordinate checks.
• Hit weekly offer targets aligned to class start dates.
• Support multiple lines of business and lead weekly updates.
