Job summary

Cielo, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to drive service excellence across the recruitment cycle from a fully remote position based in the United States.

You will act as a brand ambassador for the client and provide proactive communication on search status. As a talent acquisition expert, you will deliver consultative direction to hiring leaders, build talent pipelines, and continuously engage candidates throughout the process while coordinating offers with market data and compensation

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and market data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong pipelines.
