Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 9 years of post-education construction inspection experience.
• Essential professional licensure/certifications.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass MVR background check.
• Knowledge of construction inspection principles, codes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze site data and plans for inspections.
• Use survey instruments to evaluate site conditions and conformance with permits.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation with photos, calculations, and drawings.
• Serve as consultant on project progress and issue resolution with contractors.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with schedules and budgets.
