Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; 9+ years of post-education construction inspection experience.
Proficient in Word and Excel and able to prepare technical reports.
Valid state driver's license and the ability to pass MVR background check.
Knowledge of construction codes, safety and project documentation.

Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyze site data from plans, blueprints, and reports.
Perform inspections using survey instruments and test equipment to verify conformance.
Prepare accurate documentation and technical reports of inspection findings.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve issues.
Assist with risk identification and project planning activities.
