Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience accepted.
• 9+ years of post-education construction inspection experience.
• Licensure/certification(s) required for the discipline.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR background.
• Knowledge of construction inspection principles, codes, and documentation practices.
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications; strong report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections on multiple projects for conformance to plans and codes.
• Document findings concisely using photos, sketches, and reports.
• Support engineers and project managers to ensure safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Coordinate with contractors, attend pre-construction meetings, and assist in risk assessment.
