Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Transmission Line Inspector for the Power Constructors (PCI) sector in the Seattle, WA area. The role offers the potential for remote work from a mutually agreed location and may involve up to 100% travel.

You will support engineers and project managers with field inspections, documentation, and compliance of plans, specs, and codes. You will collect data, perform inspections with survey tools, and contribute to risk assessment, quality control, and site

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
9+ years post-education experience in construction inspection.
Proficient with Word and Excel and capable of photo documentation.
Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
Essential professional licensure/certification(s).
Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Perform field inspections on projects of moderate scale to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.
Generate accurate documentation using photos, sketches, calculations, and reports.
Provide technical guidance and assist in overseeing inspection activities as needed.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors on inspection findings and resolutions.
