Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in HV substations or EPC environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across MEA & Europe.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV Substation design including General Layout, Sections, HV cable routing, and Civil Work.
• Guide drawings, earthing calculation, and ensure maintenance and operation accessibility.
• Develop equipment BOQ and contribute to specifications and data sheets.
• Select HV substation components including transformers, switchgear, and associated equipment; ensure integration per project requirements.
• Comply with updated standards/regulations.
• Collaborate with PCA, Civil/Structural, and MEP engineers for system integration.
• Coordinate with other teams on foundation design, cable trenches, and building requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
