You can work from home or a local office and service assignments within roughly 100 miles of Traverse City, including Petosky and Harbor Springs, with additional compensation for travel time. Responsibilities include scheduling on-site or virtual surveys, measuring homes, documenting materials and features, and submitting

Qualificações

• Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising is a plus.
• A 15 hour online training course can get you certified.
• Must schedule and conduct site-based and virtual surveys for homeowners’ insurance purposes.
• Strong computer skills for web-based reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual high value home surveys.
• Coordinate workflows and manage assigned inspections within own schedule.
• Identify and document construction materials, features, and hazards.
• Obtain measurements of home and structures and generate replacement value estimates.
• Report findings via web-based client forms on Castle website.
