Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a self-starting Field Consultant to conduct high-value property surveys remotely as a 1099 independent contractor. You will manage your own schedule, visit properties, take measurements and photos, and report findings to underwriters through Signature's system.

Experience in real estate, insurance adjusting, or loss control is a plus; CAD/diagramming tools like CAD, Rapid Sketch, or Xactimate are helpful. A late-model vehicle and required insurance are needed.

• Willingness to travel to properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site high-value property surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Generate estimated replacement value and identify hazards.

• Interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents.
