Signature Companies is seeking an experienced Field Consultant to conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys across the North East region of Indiana. You will work from your home office, coordinating surveys with homeowners and insurance agents, and providing loss control documentation through the Signature platform.

As a 1099 contractor, you will manage your own schedule and drive to properties, capturing photos and measurements, while identifying hazards for underwriters.

Competenze

• Must have smartphone, tablet and Windows-Based PC.
• High speed internet and a camera with 16 MP.
• A late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• BA or BS degree desired but not required.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.

Mansioni

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards.
• Communicate the information gathered during on-site inspection to underwriter via loss control 360.
