Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to perform on-site high-value property surveys across designated Georgia counties. You will schedule surveys, take measurements and photos, and report findings to underwriters through Signature's web portal.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and home-office setup, with mentoring from a dedicated Field Management team. Experience in real estate or insurance is a plus.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and Windows-Based PC.
• High speed internet and a digital camera or smartphone with 16MP camera.
• Measuring devices such as: laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel.
• A late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• BA or BS degree desired but not required.
• Construction experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note issues for underwriter review.
• Generate and communicate findings via loss control reports on Signature’s portal.
• Coordinate surveys within your own schedule and manage assigned work.
